As disclosed in the financial statements, in the event of receivership, winding up proceedings or equivalent proceedings of our bank, the laws of Japan does not require our Head Office to confer lower priority to depositors of its foreign offices, including that of its Singapore Branch, vis-à-vis the home country depositors, in the repayment of deposits.
